What is the average cost to paint a standard 12x12 room?
Walls with 2 coats would be about $200-$300 depending on the work area conditions. Ceilings are normally $50-$75 more depending on the work area conditions as well.

What are the rates of your services?
They all depend on the difficulty of the work areas. If you need an accurate estimate, you can set up an appointment on the Contact Us page.
What type of warranty do you provide (on custom work)?
We offer a three year labour warranty on all of our projects, including staining.
Are you licensed and insured?
We have workers compensation and 2 million liability coverage.
What are your terms and conditions?
We normally request a down payment of 35% depending on the project estimate you were given. The down payment has to be received before starting on a project to confirm any projects or to book the work days, sometimes we request partial payments of another 35% at the near completion of the project. The final balance will be requested at the final walkthrough of the completed project.
Do you charge for an estimate?
We don't charge for the first estimate in case we have to visit the work area more than one time or if the project requires more than one visit; then we may charge $75 for a special estimate.
Can I request an estimate by sending pictures of the rooms/repairs/work areas?
Yes, that's the first step that we request. It'll save time for both parties. Once we prepare the estimate, and the customer believes the cost is reasonable, then we can book a visit to your home to discuss our options (painting materials, colors, textures, or stain samples) or answer any questions you may have.

Unfortunately, we don't have anyone attending the phone, so calling may result in no answer. Sending a text message could set up an appointment or answer any further questions.
Which paint provider do you use?
The paint provider we use is Sherman Williams, and this is the material that has to be used in order to be covered by our 3-year warranty.
Will it cost extra if you add something after creating an estimate?
You are free to add or remove any items, for example, if you want to add another room, we can create a change order form and present it to the customer. If the customer approves the cost, then we can proceed. If a customer wants to exclude a room, then we will simply exclude the room from the contract.
Where are you located?
We are located near the American Family Field Stadium, but our team covers a radius of 1 hour and a half from Milwaukee.
